Leather

A piece of vegetable-tanned leather is truly a one of a kind product that ages gracefully developing beautiful patina, which is a hallmark of high quality leather items. To keep this leather looking good it is important to treat it with care.

Avoid letting your leather goods get wet, particulary in the first month of use. Keep it away from heat, never blow dry it if it gets wet.

There are many leather conditioners available on the market. We recommend that you condition your leather goods 2-3 times a year with any commercially-available weatherproofing conditioner designed for vegetable-tanned leather. Keep in mind that conditioning leather usually darkens it slightly.
