Shipping & Returns

Every online order is made to order in our working studio in Marfa, Texas.

Please allow approximately 2–3 weeks for production and shipment. Each piece is cut, stitched, edge-painted, and finished by hand in small batches using carefully selected leather sourced from U.S. tanneries.

All orders ship via USPS. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Because we work with natural leather and small-batch production, slight variations in grain, texture, markings, and finish are part of what makes each piece unique.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused and returned in their original condition.

To begin a return or exchange, please contact us at hello@skoramarfa.com before sending your item back. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.

Refunds are issued to the original method of payment once the returned item has been received and inspected. Please allow several business days for your financial institution to process the refund.
